The USA Online Casino Market

For those who are interested in the world of online casinos, the news surrounding it may be quite redundant. Many times, I see news articles on how the United States online casino market is off to a slow start. This is something that hasn’t made sense to me because the online casino market for the United States specifically has been around since the early 1990’s. This means that either the writers of these articles are referring back to that start or are uninformed as to how many players and dollars are actually within the United States gambling market. Prior to the regulation of online casinos in Nevada and New Jersey, players were sending billions of dollars to over seas casinos since there were no laws after 2011 barring players from utilizing these online casinos. In fact, in 2011 it became even easier for players to use their debit cards to simply sign up and send money with the transfer being completed and ready to be used within just seconds.

As of now, players are still using the casinos that are based over seas because frankly, they are easier to access, easier to make deposits into and have customer support that is operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for players of all ages that are 18 and over. These casinos have much more enticing bonuses which the casinos from Nevada and New Jersey just can’t beat.

The main issue as far as playing with online casinos offered in New Jersey is that players were seeing a big geographical issue. The issue was that the casino’s verification software was blocking players who had an internet service provider who was outside of New Jersey. Since the law states that players must reside within the state, this served as a major problem for those who lived on the outside corners there. Other problems posed as a threat to the success of the casino surrounding deposits. Some of the casinos were blocking certain deposit options which should have been free and clear to use.

Essentially the statements about the entire market being off to a slow start is a way for some time completely block out the fact that there are other ways to play in Las Vegas style casinos online. Though transactions as far as payouts might take longer, players have more gaming styles, more deposit options and more bonuses which indefinitely make up for the lack in the casinos that are run by the states.
