Super 21 Blackjack is very similar to the original version of Blackjack and is powered by Realtime Gaming. A company that is well known in all online casinos. When a player chooses to download the gaming suite from an online casinos they’ll have about 120 games at their fingertips. Super 21 Blackjack uses about 6 decks during game play and has a 3:2 payout ratio. When playing the game a player will notice the dealer’s first card is one up. Players can utilize certain tactics such as splitting. But do not have the opportunity to Re-Split. Players are allowed to split aces as well. Doubling down is also allowed however players cannot surrender during game play and Insurance is available for those who like that feature. When playing Super 21 Blackjack. it’s pretty important for the player to know that the dealer is required to hit on a soft 17. Like I said previously, players are allowed to split but on aces, they are not allowed to draw and the player can only re-split one time for a total of three hands. When a player chooses to double down, they will need to make a bet equal to their ante bet. Players who would like to surrender will need to be aware that it will cost the half of their bet.
The maximum amount of an ante bet in Super 21 is between $1 and $250. Going more than $250 in a game will require a split or doubling down. Here is a chart on how payouts work with this game:
Blackjack pays 1:1
Diamond blackjack pays 2:1
5-card 21 pays 2:1
6-card 21 pays 2:1
6 cards (instant win) pays 1:1
For those who are not familiar with the way Blackjack is played, the aim in the game is to try and obtain a number as close to 21 without going over with the cards that are dealt. The player is against the dealer only, so out of the two, the closest to 21 is the winner. If one should go over 21 this is referred to as a ‘bust.’ When there is a tie, it is called a ‘push.’ Card values go like this; 2-10 cards have face values Jacks, Queen, & Kings also have a value of 10 and Aces can be used as a 10 or a 1 depending on how the player would like to use them. When a player has an ace and then a numeric card, this is called a ‘soft hand’ because the player can use the ace as a 1 if needed and the player can hit to gain an additional card. When a player is given two cards of the same value, they are able to split. This is quite simple basically now what happens is the player will make an additional bet on the second hand and hit for two more cards, so essentially the player is playing two hands of Blackjack at once. Blackjack is a game of chance & luck. The house always has the edge over the player in just about every situation but is still a great money maker.
