Is it legal for US players to gamble?
There is no federal law that currently prevents US players from gambling online. If it is legal may depend on what state you live in. In the US there are only 12 states with restrictions in place for online gambling. If you live in one of those states listed below with restrictions, I would encourage you to educiate yourself further on what exactly those restrictions are. While people who want to stop internet gambling may say it’s illegal, from a pure legal point of view Americans can safely gamble online, accept the states listed in the list below with restrictions.
